Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce is a service organization for businesses, merchants, residents, and volunteers that provides education, information, and networking opportunities to the Parsippany Area. We work with our local and county governments and stand ready to pursue any matter that can make our community a better place in which to live, conduct business, and make a living. We promote a healthy and more prosperous economic climate.

Cara Di Falco is a host and producer of You Tube’s 1st and ONLY Emmy nominated cooking show, Cara’s Cucina. She is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a professional broadcast journalist, and a wife. She became a Health Coach to deepen her love of food and cooking and increase her knowledge about how healthful eating can heal the body. Cara earned her coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. And her kitchen skills come from what she fondly calls, being a graduate of Nonna’s Kitchen! As an Italian-American, Cara grew up learning to cook from both of her grandmother’s, a great-grandmother, and of course, her own Mom.
