Leila holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing a second Master’s in Human Resources Management, expected to be completed in September 2026. Her background has shaped her leadership style—one grounded in knowledge, empathy, and strong relationships with teachers, families, and children. Currently finishing her educational degree at Montclair State University, she continues to grow her expertise and stay connected to the latest in the field. Fluent in two languages and knowledgeable in sign language, she loves using all three to connect with children in meaningful and engaging ways. Currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA), she brings over 14 years of rich experience working with children. For the past 8 years, she has lovingly nurtured young minds at The Goddard School, cherishing every moment of her journey. Ms. Ayomide is deeply passionate about witnessing children's growth and development, considering it a true blessing to be part of their formative years. Ms. Shakila brings over four years of early childhood experience to our Pre-K program. With a background in engineering and two grown children, she discovered a passion for teaching and helping young learners thrive. She is currently enrolled in the CDA program to further strengthen her skills in early childhood education. In addition to her role at Goddard, she also teaches Pre-K children at her church. Ms. Shakila loves bringing painting, creative arts, and sports into the classroom to create a fun and enriching learning environment.

With a degree in Architecture specializing in Interior and Landscape Design, she discovered her passion for early childhood education after becoming a mother. She has completed her CDA in Infant/Toddler and is dedicated to nurturing young learners with patience, compassion, and intention. A true lover of the arts, Ms. Pritee enjoys classical singing, drawing, sketching, and playing music—bringing creativity, beauty, and joy into everything she does.
